All our products go through quality control before shipping.
For any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return and claim exchanges. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us. This Return and Refund Policy is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Can I cancel my order ?

NO, YOU CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER.

Can I return an order?

Yes,  to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The products were delivered in the last 5 days
• The products were not  bought in sale or discount. We do not accept returns for sale items.
• The products are in the original packaging
• The products were not used or damaged. The hanging tags with the products should be intact.
  • An Unboxing Video would help us review your return request faster.
  • An Unboxing video mandatory for damage claims.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returns applies only to the goods defective, we do not accept returns because the colors do not match, the model is not as imagined, the size is not suitable etc. We only deliver goods according to your order, so before buying, choose carefully.

We only replace defective goods in the same model and color, do not accept the replacement with another model unless the same item has been OUT OF STOCK.

NO MONEY BACK returns applies, SHIPPING COST borne by BUYER, we do NOT REPLACING shipping costs for goods that be in return.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged, or if we have shipped the wrong product. Please note that all our products are went through quality checking before it is shipped.  

• Please note : Stones fallen during transit(which can easily fixed with a glue), any disjoints(which can be easily put back and a soft press will fix it), stones slightly out of place, imperfection in stones(as this is handmade, it comes as such) will not be considered as damages. If you still want to return, return charges and re shipping cost has to be borne by the buyer.

Note: Do not send the products back to us without placing a return request. We do not accept such returns.

REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE CAN BE AVAILED ONLY ONCE FOR AN ORDER.

Returns are not accepted for customized order.

How to Return?

Send a refund/return request email to lakshanajewellers@gmail.com

once our team verified and approved your request we will provide you the return/refund address.

You need to send the product back to us through any reputed courier or speed post(reliable) within 5 days of item receipt. 

If you send it back to us, the return shipping cost should borne by you and the products should be sent should be in the original packing (with Tags intact) to us.

If the products you returned to us gets lost or damaged, you would not be eligible for refund or store credit. We request you to use trackable courier service.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend you to use an reputed and trackable courier service. We would be unable to issue a store credit without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Available flexible store credit and purchase any other product from our store of your liking.

WE DON’T PROVIDE CASH REFUND OPTION. 

When you will be eligible for a cash refund??

ONLY IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT AND THE SAME IS SUPPORTED BY AN UNCUT UNBOXING VIDEO.

What if I am not satisfied with the product received (Exchanges)?

We understand, this happens, if the color or size doesn’t match your need, you can certainly exchange the product for another one of your choice.

If you received a defective product, we will replace with a new one. Un-Boxing video mandatory for damage claims.

All Conditions mentioned for “How to Return?” are applicable for exchanges as well.
